Heaven’s Door were the initial words for the creation of a concept. In San Carlos, Sonora Alfonso Rosas designed and painted the walls of this restaurant. With freedom in the creation of the design, color, and images the selected topic was the great work of the artists of the renaissance.
Michaelangelo’s David, Leonardo’s madonnas or Raphael’s angels are some of the images painted in the walls. All of these are painted in a monochrome of sepia, the characters interact with magic elements in the air, such as apples, feathers, birds and cherubs.
All this mural was done with acrylic paint and adds up to a total of 250 square meters. |
